For Third Year in a Row by Modern Healthcare
Omaha, Neb. (Aug. 26, 2015) – CQuence Health Group, the parent company for Ensocare, has been named one of the 100 “Best Places to Work in Healthcare 2015” in the United States by Modern Healthcare magazine and Best Companies Group for the third year in a row.
Each year, Modern Healthcare singles out and recognizes outstanding employers in the health-care industry on a national level. The recognition program, now in its eighth year, honors workplaces throughout the health-care industry that empower their employees to provide patients and customers with the best possible care, products and services.
“I’m incredibly proud that the engaging and productive culture we’ve built at CQuence Health is being recognized yet again,” said CQuence President and CEO Mike Cassling. “The number one reason we’re one of the ‘Best Places to Work’ is our employees. They’re absolutely committed to our success, and the company is equally committed to theirs.”
Cassling highlighted several aspects of the CQuence culture that contributed to the repeat national recognition, including a robust wellness program, a strong focus on employee recognition and a number of creative employee benefits, such as a new Volunteer Time Off benefit, which provides employees with paid time off to volunteer with non-profit organizations in the community.
Modern Healthcare “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” recipients are selected based on an in-depth review of a company’s policies, procedures, benefits and employee feedback.
Specific rankings will be announced at the awards gala on Oct. 14 in Nashville. To see the entire list of “Best Places to Work in Healthcare,” award recipients, visit Modern Healthcare online.
