Ensocare Employee Honored with the Bob Cassling Customer Service Excellence Award

Martie Chauvin has been awarded with CQuence Health Group’s most prestigious honor for her outstanding service to customers.

Martie accepting Service Excellence Award“The Bob Cassling Service Excellence Award was created in 2015 to recognize employees across all CQuence Health Group companies who go above and beyond in exemplifying the organization’s culture,” said Mike Cassling, chairman and CEO of CQuence Health Group. “The award celebrates my father’s legacy of taking excellent care of customers and employees, and it commemorates the culture of Customer Service and Accountability that lives on today across CQuence, Cassling and Ensocare.”

The 2018 Bob Cassling Service Excellence Award was given to Martie Chauvin, Senior Client Implementation Coordinator at Ensocare.

In her role at Ensocare, Martie Chauvin travels from coast to coast training hospitals and about 200 to 250 post-acute providers for every implementation of the company’s revolutionary care transition software.

“It is such an honor to receive the Bob Cassling Service Excellence Award,” said Martie. “The CQuence Health Group culture of growing together has not only helped me professionally but personally as well. A special thank you to the Ensocare team: the Account Executives, Product Development and Customer Support; the great work everyone contributes makes the difference.” 

Diane Koraleski, director of Client Operations, praised Martie for her commitment to customers all around the country.

“Martie joined the company over four years ago,” said Diane. “Since that time, she has accepted increasing responsibility in her roles within Customer Support/Client Operations and has been instrumental to the progressive growth of the company. 

“During her tenure, Martie has held the positions of Customer Support Specialist, Network Coordinator and New Client Implementation Coordinator. Her colleagues know her for her decision-making abilities, team player attitude and passion for engaging with and assisting our clients.

“Martie is a positive and passionate advocate for Ensocare as she travels coast to coast training Post-Acute Providers on our network. She is also the face of Ensocare for many hospital clients, as she helps them to engage and use our care coordination software.”
