The company is a participating sponsor of ACMA National Conference’s popular “Win the Wheels” new car giveaway
OMAHA, Neb. – March 21, 2019 – Ensocare joins nearly 2,000-plus case management, transitions of care and physician advisor attendees celebrating the American Case Management Association (ACMA) Conference’s milestone 20th anniversary. The leading provider of technology-enabled care management solutions is a participating sponsor of the “Win the Wheels” car giveaway contest at the annual event held April 13-17 in Seattle, Washington.
“Ensocare proudly recognizes the practice and goals of case management, including the achievement of optimal health, access to care and appropriate utilization of resources,” said Luis Castillo, president and CEO of Ensocare. “We’re excited to honor the dedicated ACMA professionals and their important role in facilitating the patient’s safe and high quality experience from the point of discharge to the home or post-acute care facility.”
For the ninth consecutive year, ACMA is giving away a new 2019 car in the exhibit hall at the Washington State Convention Center. To win the car whose model will be revealed, attendees must collect a stamp from each participating company exhibitor.
Attendees can visit the Ensocare booth #2719 where posted signage designates the company as a “Win the Wheels" participant. Healthcare professionals can collect stamps from Ensocare and other exhibitor sponsors to complete a networking passport that qualifies them for the car drawing.
Also while visiting Ensocare’s booth, attendees can view demos of Ensocare Transition and Ensocare Insight solutions. From a single platform, Ensocare Transition measurably decreases the time spent on clerical activities, increases the speed of transfers of care and better matches patients to the right post-acute providers. Ensocare Insight accelerates access to real-time reports to assess clinical workflows, discharge referral patterns and post-acute network engagement.
