Our hearts go out to all those impacted by the rapidly evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation. This is an unprecedented event for healthcare organizations and the communities you serve, and we are doing everything in our power to support you during this time of exceptional need.
There is no higher priority to us than the safety of our customers and employees. We are closely monitoring information about COVID-19 (coronavirus) coming from healthcare organizations, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and government agencies to stay on top of this evolving situation.
As health concerns about the coronavirus increase, we wanted to take a moment to let you know where Ensocare stands. We continue to adhere to CDC guidelines and will alter our plans as necessary according to what our nation's leading health experts suggest is in the best interest of our team members, customers and the community.
As an organization, Ensocare has put in place a few commonsense precautions:
- We made the decision to stop any international travel until further notice. In addition, we have limited domestic travel in order to meet the preferences and best practices of our customers and to protect the health of our employees as well as their fellow travelers.
- We will not be sending employees to large international trade shows.
- We are helping employees understand the signs of infection and appropriate precautions to avoid infection; we shared the CDC and WHO guidelines and are encouraging employees to be vigilant about hand washing and hygiene.
- Any employee who exhibits potential symptoms has been directed to stay home from work.
Taking care of our customers remains a key priority for us, and we are prepared to do so. Ensocare has had a business continuity and preparedness plan for years that we update regularly. Rest assured, as part of this plan, our 24/7 customer support will remain available to serve you.
