We opened the doors to our downtown St. Paul workspace in late 2020. A modern, open office with a balance of areas to collaborate in and more private rooms to huddle in, the space reflects our transparent operations.
As a hybrid workforce, ABOUT employees live across the country. Some commute daily into St. Paul, others connect with their teams primarily virtually and gather onsite for special occasions. We balance thinking through the work that needs to be done with where and how it makes sense to execute. To support connections with colleagues near and far, we have twice-weekly huddles, regular Town Halls, a half-day welcome session for new-hire cohorts with executive leadership and more.
